Hi All.

I changed a setting having to do with approving comments because I started getting an enormous amount of comment spam over the past couple weeks, and it affected more than I thought it had… I stopped getting emails saying there was a comment for me to approve, so I didn’t realize anyone was leaving comments. That is now fixed, so comment away. If I’m in a good mood, I’ll approve it and it will show up on the site.

I also noticed that my rss feed was not working in certain readers, so I updated some more stuff and it seems to be working again. You’ll have to update your link to it though… If you’re still having problems let me know.

Hope everyone is having a good day - and TOMORROW’S FRIDAY!!!!

If you have three….

but someone else has four, well you had better one up them and go with five!

I guess that’s the idea behind the new Gillette Fusion. You can read about it at Reuters, as well as at Gizmodo.

I’m a bit surprised they’ve launched it this far from Christmas - but I guess it’s still close enough to make it a great stocking stuffer for all those men who would rather be driving a Ferrari than a Volkswagen…

Update: I guess maybe it won’t be out until early 2006 sometimes. Oh well.

Ah, September

Friday, left work early to go surfing. Had a blast - actually stood up and surfed a few waves in. And it’s so much fun to watch Chuck and Ana. The whole thing seems so effortless for them.

Got home Friday night and stayed in. I was tired from having stayed up the night before until 1-ish to watch the Patriots season opener. After only 5 hours of sleep and then surfing, I was beat. Saturday I had grand plans to mow the lawn, wash my car, clean my room, and run some errands. Well, I did mow most of the lawn, and ran the errands, but I didn’t wash my car _or_ clean my room. It was another night in relaxing to the cool, refreshing taste of Coors Light.

Finished mowing the lawn on Sunday after church - then packed up to go surfing again. Only this time there really weren’t any waves. After about 30 minutes of mostly waveless action I somehow managed to slice my toe open (crab, maybe?), so I was done for the day. Ana showed up to get us - she wanted us to go surf at “The Landing,” another place close by. Dan went out, but due to my toe I sat out.

Sunday night I watched the Colts trounce the Ravens - including the backwards hat trick by Matt Stover who missed all three field goal attempts for the Ravens. He even apologized to the city of Baltimore for his poor performance.

Surfing forecast: Ophelia is supposed to hit this Thursday, so that means good waves starting mid-week right through the weekend. Super sweet.

Busy Night

Well, work has come to an end for the day and I’m heading out to my softball game. I haven’t played in about a month due to having mono a while back. I’m better, however, and this is our first playoff game. I’m positioned out in right field having just come off the DL, so that means not too much action, but it should be fun anyhow.

I may head straight from there to wallyball - but that’s all the way up in Taunton so I may decide not to go to that as well.

After wallyball I’ll be watching the Patriots first game of the season. Most likely at the Morelli’s.

So, if I actually go to wallyball than I most likely will not be home until midnight, and I left at 7-something this morning. Now that’s what I call a long day.
