Well ok, I guess there really aren’t any masses that I’m trying to appease, but oh well.

I went snowboarding for the first time in my life on Monday. If not for the expensive cost of equipment and lift pass, as well as the fact that there aren’t any places only 20 minutes away, I would probably be hitting the slopes all the time! I really did have that much fun. I mean, falling over and smacking my head on the ground was _not_ the highlight of the day, but once the four advil set in afterwards…

It took a while but on the last two runs things finally started to click for me. My head was no longer hurting, I wasn’t falling nearly as often, and my confidence was growing. If only the day could have kept going.

I guess next time I’ll have to try more than just a green circle…
