I can’t stop thinking about God’s grace in my life. I know my downfalls so well, and I am blown away by the fact that God still loves me. It’s even crazier knowing that He knows me even better than I know myself.
Some people wonder how a good God can allow bad things to happen. I wonder more how God can keep loving someone as insignificant and unfaithful as me.
2 Corinthians 12:9
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
Praise God.
Psalm 106:1
Praise the LORD.
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;
his love endures forever.
I just had one of the best weekends of my life. We took the seniors in the youth group on a retreat, and it could not have gone better, in my opinion. It was a time to prepare them for college, a time of reflection, and a time of fun. God is *so* good.
It all started back in December. We found out that Anteon Corporation was being purchased by General Dynamics, and we were told that the sale would not close until sometime in June.
Well folks, it is now June.
And last night at 8:44 PM, I got an email with the subject: Welcome to General Dynamics.
So yeah, I now work for General Dynamics.
