Well, even though it’s “too close to call” at this point, it’s really looking to me like Bush we remain in office. All that’s left is for Kerry to concede, but it appears he won’t do that until the final, official count is tallied.
The US is looking like a Republican country for the next few years as they have control of the Senate, the House, and most likely the Presidency. So all republicans everywhere are permitted to heave a sigh of relief and move on with everyday life.
As for me, I think my cold is getting better, but who knows. I could feel miserable again later today. Nyquil and Dayquil (the Equate versions, of course) have a way of hiding the true state of things.
Tonight is either Bible Study or the Annual Chapel Meeting; it’s still up in the air. Or if I’m feeling crappy I may just stay home and relax. Read a book, go to bed early again.
Hmm. This has been a very *blah* post. I have a feeling it will be a rather *blah* day as well, but it’s Wednesday, and soon the weekend will be here again. Speaking of this weekend, I have the Men’s Breakfast on Saturday morning and then the bowl-a-thon later that day. And then a week later is Superbowl, and I’ve been designated to go as college/career age rather than go as a leader. I wonder if that’s a hint toward something…
Onward.
