I think I must have twisted my knee a bit the other day throwing a baseball around, because it’s been aching for the past few days. I was worried about it going into volleyball last night, but it didn’t bother me during play so I didn’t really think about it.

Now it’s the next morning and it’s aching all over again. Straight, bent, whatever. I think I may need to take it easy for a few days and hopefully this will just get better.

What I really need is a massage, but I don’t have any masseuse type friends…
